During private beta, plan changes are support-assisted so limits, billing, and data impact are confirmed before anything changes. Self-serve changes will appear only after regional billing is certified.
No fee is collected when a no-card trial starts. Any future setup or assisted-onboarding cost must be shown in the regional catalog or Enterprise proposal before you accept it.
The trial includes the currently available features in the selected regional plan. Before expiry, NEXUS shows the billing task, limits, and applicable retention or reactivation terms.
When annual billing is available, its current regional price is shown by the Annual toggle above.
The regional catalog shows the exact user limit. If you need more, contact us for an approved plan change or a custom Enterprise limit.
Supported payment methods depend on your country and are shown during billing setup. A method is never presented as available until its provider is configured for that installation.
